Activity Description

The Zambezi River is home to an abundance of different fish species, of all the species the Tiger Fish is one of the many species we target with Catch and Release a huge part of what we practice. Being one of the pound for pound fresh water fighting fish on the planet it makes for an experience like non other.

Half day or Full day fishing from Victoria Falls is a reality and we offer a rare opportunity to experience this. The Zambezi River is the fourth longest in Africa making for some of the best fishing in Africa. With over 60 species inhabiting the Upper Zambezi we are able to target different species of fish for most parts of the year.

Early morning fishing generally being at 06:30am where you will be met at your lodge / hotel. Our morning fishing trips will include Freshly Brewed Zimbabwean Coffee alternatively Zimbabwean grown Tea, as well as bottled water or soft drinks.

As an alternative the afternoon spent on the river fishing, can also be arranged, with snacks and sundowners a great afternoon can be experienced! We will pick you up and drop you off from your preferred location at roughly 6pm.

Full day fishing packages will commence early in the morning, with a number of breaks during the day, with lunch spent under one of the ever shady Natal Mahogany’s or Jackal Berries, with a siesta not far behind resting peacefully in one of the hammocks, watching the world go by.
